Made for now pieces can be purchased online, in store or via email. Made to order or bespoke pieces are best ordered via email so we can provide a personalised invoice. This will include a build and delivery quote, as well as your specification sheet.

Each of our pieces are finished with a durable and low-maintenance hard wax oil.

While the hard wax oil finish is stain resistant, we suggest avoiding the use of detergents when cleaning your piece as this can compromise the longevity of the finish. Instead, we recommend regularly wiping the surface of dust and moisture with a damp cloth. To rejuvenate the finish, simply apply liquid wax cleaner to your piece, which will replenish the oils and waxes in the finish.

Made for now pieces are in stock and are ready for pick-up or delivery immediately following purchase. For our Made to order pieces, please allow for 12 weeks plus delivery. Bespoke tables follow standard lead times of 12 weeks from design confirmation, plus delivery. Please note, lead times may vary during peak periods.

Yes, however our intake is limited. Please contact us and we can advise whether we have capacity to assist.

We do not routinely supply the labour to move a piece in place unless Buyer has specified and paid in advance for this service or it has been provided as part of the purchase.

Each Thomas Keith piece is carefully wrapped in a blanket to ensure safety during transit but to also avoid the need for unnecessary packaging waste. For more information on how we coordinate a personalised approach to delivery, please see our delivery guide.

Made for now item sales are final and we cannot offer an exchange or refund for these items so please choose and inspect carefully.

For made to order items and bespoke tables we will consider exchanges if reasonable requests are made to tom@thomaskeith.com.au within 7days of the final invoice date and prior to delivery.
